Yes you do! If you are accessing IKONA on your computer, tablet or mobile device, you will need to be connected to the internet.
If you have a weak internet connection, you may see delays with lessons loading or progress updates due to syncing issues. Be sure to check your connection strength if you encounter loading and syncing issues.
If you are logging into a scheduled virtual call with an IKONA team member we will provide dial-in details ahead of time as an alternative communication method just in case you are having any internet connectivity issues.
